Request Account & Data Deletion

Use this page to ask Orchestris to delete an account and associated data that we handle.

Submit a deletion request

Use the email address on the account and identify the server or deployment if known. Do not include passwords or API keys. Submitting this form starts a manual review and does not delete the account immediately.

We respond as quickly as current launch capacity allows.

What happens next

Orchestris reviews the request and may contact you to verify your identity and confirm which account or deployment is involved. Verified requests handled by Orchestris are completed within 30 days.

Include enough information to locate the account

Use the email address associated with the account. If known, identify the Orchestris-hosted server or deployment. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets.

Prefer email?

Send the same request directly to privacy@orchestris.com.

Requests for accounts on independently operated or self-hosted servers must be sent to that server operator. Requests for data held directly by an AI provider must be sent to that provider.
