By using Orchestris services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Orchestris provides account, billing, license, deployment, and AI access-management services for Orchestris clients and server deployments. Available client and deployment features may vary by plan, rollout status, and written agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
• • Protecting your account credentials
• • Respecting the terms of use of integrated AI providers
• • Not using the service for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Payment Terms

Our Personal & Family plan is $5/user/month and Business plan is $12/user/month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Plans are billed monthly or annually. Provider API usage and overage charges are your responsibility when using configured providers or your own API keys.

5. Limitation of Liability

Orchestris is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service.
