Choose a rollout path
Most teams should begin with a small pilot. Use the pilot to validate provider access, quotas, and the client experience before expanding to every employee.
- Use Business for a straightforward team rollout with hosted portal management.
- Use Private Deployment when you need a self-hosted or dedicated managed environment.
- Keep the pilot narrow enough that quota changes and provider key rotation are easy to test.
First workspace checklist
- Verify the account email and organization name.
- Add provider credentials or connect to an internal provider.
- Open the dashboard and confirm provider health, monthly usage, and active users are visible.
Before inviting more users
- Set initial user roles and access policies.
- Confirm your default model aliases point to approved providers.
- Send users to the client installation guide so they can use the same workspace across devices.
